  • The HR Generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with other members of the People Operations team supporting the overall mission of the organization.


  • Responsible for effective recruitment processes both internally and externally, in all group companies
  • Responsible for providing current recruitment knowledge and trends within the market overall
  • Coordinate with recruitment channels and agencies if needed
  • Support effective implementation of Development process in the company
  • Support in carrying out of Performance Management process in related departments
  • Support in structural and organisational changes – workforce planning, preparation of job descriptions
  • Enhance Employer Branding by providing new approach
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data


  • Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree in business administration, HR Management
  • Minimum of 2 years’ of relevant experience as HR Generalist/HR Business Partner
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks effectively and work in a fast paced, team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Experience of managing multiple projects/programs of work at any one time
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Fluent in English

Preferred qualifications

  • Knowledge of Employment Law
  • Experience in international/start-up company
  • HR qualification is a plus
