IT Support Engineer

Summary/Objective

IT Helpdesk Support Engineer required to provide high-level support. Experience of troubleshooting and supporting operating systems and applications in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

  • To provide customer support on a variety of technologies;
  • Incident classification, resolution and escalation if appropriate;
  • Deliver solutions to agreed Service Level Agreements;
  • Update customer and IT support team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or relevant field;
  • 3+ IT Support Experience;
  • Estimation, delivery and roadmap planning;
  • Knowledge of networking and LAN/WAN technologies;
  • Knowledge of Firewalls, Anti-Virus, Web filtering, Connectivity, Data Protection;
  • Good knowledge of hardware and software systems;
  • Jira Administration experience a major advantage;
  • Fluent English.
